If a refund (room) is processed on the day of check-in, it will be regarded as a room, and the hotel can charge a deposit of 100% of the full price.
When making a refund, if the remittance cannot be made due to the passenger's personal negligence, resulting in losses to the hotel, the loss will be borne by the passenger.
